Assistant Professor of Dance, Meredith College, Raleigh, North Carolina beginning August 2015.  The successful candidate must  have a terminal degree in dance, teaching certification in dance education, and expertise in dance education,  research and dance technique.

Teaching responsibilities include pedagogy,  teaching and research methods, dance technique (ballet, jazz, or non-western forms desirable), and one or more of the following areas:  dance and culture, movement science, somatic practices, arts management, improvisation, choreography or special topics.  Other responsibilities include guiding the dance education program and the private  studio teaching focus, supervising student internships in public schools and private studios, advising dance majors, and facilitating program assessment.
