How can I check my membership expiration date?
To check your membership expiration date, please log into you account. On the right side of the webpage, please click on the link for "My account". Your membership expiration date is listed under the heading "Expiring Roles". If you do not have an expiration date listed, you 1)are not a current member of CORD or 2)need to email our office to inquire about the status of your membership.
How do I change my log-in password?
To change your password, please log into you account. On the right side of the webpage, please click on the link for "My account". Next, at the top of the page, click the tab "Edit Account". Enter your desired password into both the password and the confirm password fields. Be sure to click "Submit" at the bottom of the page to update your password or your change will not be saved.
How do I update my contact information?
To update your contact information, please log into you account. On the right side of the webpage, please click on the link for "My account". Next, at the top of the page, click the tab "Edit Account". Click the "Your Information" tab near the top of the page. You can update your contact information on this page. Be sure to click "Submit" at the bottom of the page or your changes will not be saved.
How do I change my username?

How do I view my order history?
To view your order history or to print a receipt for an online payment, please log into you account.
On the right side of the webpage, please click on the link for "My
account". Click the "Orders" link near the middle of the page. Your order history will be listed on this page. Click on the order for which you would like more information. Next, click on the tab at the top to either mail the invoice (email) or open a printable invoice.
