Outstanding Publication Award

Nominations due by February 15, 2015.

This award recognizes outstanding publications.  “Publication” is interpreted to include any publicly accessible items such as journal articles, books, films, CDs/DVDS, computer software or other electronic products.  Subjects may embrace any area of scholarly research.  Any publication representing dance scholarship or that has an impact on dance scholarship is eligible.  The author/producer of the publication need not be a member of CORD or be primarily identified with the field of dance, so long as the publication itself relates to dance.  Publications honored must have been published in the year preceding the award (2014).

To nominate, submit a letter specifying the original contribution that the work makes, together with three copies of the work.  Authors/Publishers may nominate their own work(s) or works may be nominated by CORD members.  Nominators should declare their interest, if any, in nominating the publication for the award.

Send questions about nominations to Danielle Goldman at goldmadt@newschool.edu.
